‘This was my second time  staying at this wonderful property and I have to say it is absolutely my favourite place to stay on the island. Agia Marina is just beautiful with its rows of waterside cafes and eateries, boutique and craft shops and wonderful views across Alinda bay. And all this is just steps from your front door which is tucked up a very pretty side street , a favourite photo stop, away from the main thoroughfare. The property has been designed with impeccable taste for the utmost comfort and decorated in warm welcoming tones and is the prefect base to return to after exploring the many beaches just short drives away. There is an island bus that stops very near the house if you don’t have transport, and bike rental shops in the village if you plan to explore using your own transport; a hire car can also be delivered to your door. The capital village of Platanos is a 15 minute walk up the beautiful old high street and the very popular and idyllic fishing village of Pantelli is a wonderful walk through the labyrinth of traditional Greek homes and alleyways on the hillside above the bay. 

There are new cafes and restaurants springing up in leros all the time and Agia marina now has the wonderful Navarone restaurant in a beautifully restored neo classical building for a sophisticated dinner out in beautiful surroundings, coffee on the big terrace watching the fishing boats bringing in the night’s catch, or mid week sushi night; all this on your doorstep.  

I highly recommend this wonderful home away from home; don’t hesitate, just go for it’

´I stayed at this beautiful Greek house in autumn of 2023 and everything was just perfect. It was cool in the heat of the late summer then lovely, cosy and warm when the days became cooler and shorter; it is not just a holiday house but a home that you really look forward to coming back to, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even a huge DV library.

Stylishly and elegantly furnished to a high specification, it is a joy to spend time relaxing and recuperating here at the end of wonderful days on the island. Arranged over 3 floors it has a beautiful lounge area opening out onto a terrace furnished with table and chairs, kitchen with dining table and two extremely comfortable bedrooms with wonderful en-suite bathrooms. Great thick walls, wooden shutters and outside terraces and walkways on 3 levels, all add to the charm of this stunning, authentic Greek house.

The location couldn’t be any better in the heart of the beautiful town and port of Agia Marina, just steps away from a great restaurant and many cafes and bars lining the waterside – perfect for morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening aperitifs. I couldn’t have wished for more.

I stayed at your lovely house last week with Kate.
I just wanted to write to thank you for your hospitality in preparing the guest suite for me.

The house was beautiful and the guest suite so comfortable with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable.
I slept so well! It was nice to have the little courtyard with seating outside the guest room. Perfect!

The house was so well equipped and the location fabulous. Just a few minutes walk from the harbour, restaurants and shops.
It really contributed to the wonderful time I had on Leros.
